Die casted- machined parts

We can offer the production of varios castings:

Ferrous metals:

1. Casting into ground moulds from cast iron. Weight of castings from several hundred grams to 750 kg.
2. Casting into ground moulds from carbon, alloy steel and silicon corrosion-resistant steel. Weight of castings from 1 kg to 400 kg.

Materials: Gray cast iron GG25, GG20, Ductile iron GGG40, GGG50, Heat-resistant cast iron (Chr 16-30%), etc.

Moulds can by manufactured with moulding machines, CNC machines or manually.

Non- ferrous metal castings from aluminium and zinc alloys:

1. Casting with pressure die-casting machines. Weight of castings from 0.02 kg to 6.0 kg, the area of casting projection up to 1000 sq cm.
2. Casting into iron moulds. Weight of castings from 0.5 kg to 100 kg.

Casting into ground moulds. Weight of castings from 1 kg to 200 kg.

For all metal castings we organize casting mold and casting production models.

All manufactured castins before treatment can be carefuly cleaned be grinding, blasted and CNC machined according customer requirements.
